Hideki Fujimoto
Hideki Fujimoto, President and CEO of Hitachi Global Air Power, brings extensive experience in leadership, engineering, and innovation development. Fujimoto formerly served as Deputy Group Executive of the Global Air Power division at Hitachi Industrial Equipment Systems. Throughout his 20-plus year tenure at Hitachi, Fujimoto has assumed increasing responsibility, including serving as Vice President Engineering at Hitachi Global Air Power.
Fujimoto received a Bachelor of Engineering—Mechanical Engineering, and a Master of Engineering from Kanazawa University in Ishikawa, Japan.
Michael Guido
Michael Guido, Chief Financial Officer, has more than 20 years of financial and engineering experience in numerous industrial, consumer, medical and aerospace businesses. Prior to joining Hitachi Global Air Power, Guido was vice president for the air frame systems division at Woodward, where he had P&L responsibility for $500 million in global sales. From 1992 to 2011, Guido held numerous leadership financial positions with Integra Lifesciences, Danaher and Stanley Works and several engineering roles at General Electric.
Guido received a Master of Business Administration from Vanderbilt University, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Duke University.
Joe Beyer
Joe Beyer is Senior Vice President, Sales, North America, responsible for sales of all Hitachi Global Air Power stationary products in the Americas. Prior to joining Hitachi Global Air Power, Beyer was Vice President Sales MIM&E Extrusion at Milacron, a plastics injection and extrusion molding machine manufacturer in Cincinnati, Ohio. Additionally, Joe has more than 20 years of experience in the compressor industry.
Beyer holds a Master of Business Administration from Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio University.
David Andrews
David Andrews, Vice President, Global Marketing and Communications, is responsible for global marketing and communications strategies and efforts, and global product management for the Sullair brand. Andrews brings more than 30 years’ experience and previously held roles with Sara Lee, McCain Foods, BP Amoco, Nestle, Assurant Health and DeLaval.
Andrews received a Master of Business Administration from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism/Public Relations from Creighton University.
Jessica Bailey
Jessica Bailey, Vice President, Global Human Resources, is responsible for the strategic coordination and implementation of global human resources systems, processes, policies and programs at Hitachi Global Air Power. Bailey brings 18 years’ experience in human resources and, prior to joining Hitachi Global Air Power, served as the HR Manager for Calumet Abrasives and HR Business Partner at Robert Morris University and Menards.
Bailey received a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources from Purdue University.
Todd Rozar
Todd Rozar, Vice President Portable Sales is responsible for leading the Sullair portable sales strategy for North America. Rozar brings more than 20 years of experience in management and air compressor sales. Prior to joining Hitachi Global Air Power, Rozar served as Vice President of Business Development at Atlas Copco.
Rozar received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from The University of Georgia and completed the International Management Program at the Stockholm School of Economics.
